closest cut of the coarse, body blades, this finish
tooth blade is the most commonly used after the
bath on body, back, and sides that were well
brushed out prior to the bath to give the animal
that finished look.  Heavy coated animals (that are
slightly matted), tails, and front forelegs are also
suitable candidates for this work horse. When
properly used, the 7F blade will appear smooth
(finished), without the telltale signs (ridging) one
gets with the #7 (Skip Tooth) blade.  Highly
experienced groomers commonly will clip rough
with the #7 prior to bathing and follow with the #7F
afterwards to inclrease speed and presentation.

(plastic, clip-on comb accessories).  This blade
has a depth of cut of 1/100, 0.2MM.
