| ABOUT SHIPPING All orders will be shipped from our California location using standard UPS ground service, Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. You may request a priority service such as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the additional shipping charges. When choosing a priority service this will only shorten the actual delivery time once shipped from our location. With either service the time between receiving your order & shipping it will remain 1-3 days. If your order qualifies for free delivery** we will pick up the cost of standard delivery only, if you should request a priority service the cost difference will be reflected on your actual billing statement. Shipping cost are calculated on US Dollar amount of order total. The chart below is for regular sized packages shipped to the contiguous US and Puerto Rico. International rates differ, and will be handled on an individual basis. We will notify you for approval BEFORE shipping any items that require added shipping charges. This pre-shipment approval also applies to overweight and oversized items that will require extra shipping charges. As soon as approval is obtained from you, your items will be shipped immediately. **Please*** note that additional shipping charges may apply when ordering heavy or Oversized items like pet gates, cages, tables, dryers, 5 gallon pails, gallons and cases of gallons, 32 oz and 16 oz liquids. If additional shipping charges are required we will e-mail you for approval prior to shipping. ABOUT RETURNS We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit. If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original packaging and documentation required. If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping. Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation. |
